Stylized demon girl character face practice

The latest work I made inspired me to try different ideas and I resulted in making this bust of a character. I am still trying to find a footing with this but I don't have that much negative to say about this work either. I could say that this does not look as appealing of a character as some other works I have seen but it is the furthest I have reached thus far. I will try more, research more to achieve better quality results. It is so hard to find proper reference and I have not yet focused on making hair.
I don't know. I could say that this is a tiefling of some sort but won't combine Forgotten Realms into this. Looking at the best of the best is a double edged sword. They can inspire you to try more but then you compare your work to theirs and see all the flaws you cannot fix yet. Take your time, I could say.
