Dragon head sculpt practice

It's been a while again since I last time posted something. I've been drawing a lot lately into my sketchbook. Dragons, I tend to draw. A lot of them. This work is based on one of those drawings though, this looks different from the original source material.
Sure, there is something wrong with it and I just don't see it yet. Except those scales on it's neck and the form. I keep failing that part.
I think I have fun whenever I am making something but then I realize it is never anything. Those things just end up being abandoned midway, because their designs just don't work or I have no skill to actually make them work. Here too, I decided to give up in the end. Or maybe I already gave up after the head. Unless some actual professional would evaluate this, thing, I don't know what to say about it. I am exhausted and just want to move on to the next work. Well... I still think it is better than what I made before. It resembles my drawings. My... drawings...
