Dottore

Dottore is a character that was introduced in Genshin Impact manga that was a prequel to the game. Dottore is one of the eleven Fatui Harbingers and he was working as a Fatui diplomat in Mondstadt. He has no official models yet but it did not stop me from creating this. I think one day he should become a playable character and appear in the actual game.
